  Not happy with the service at all.
  
  A neighbor recommended them to me, so I thought the place was gonna be great.
  They charged me $1600 to rebuild a transmission on a 1995 ford. (yep, my circumstances didn't leave me with options, but never mind that).
  12,000 mile warranty (Seriously??)
  1 Year Warranty (C'mon, I feel it could have been better)
  
  Not long after I had my car serviced, I started hearing a whining noise. This is no good. I knew this wasn't right.
  
  I took it in right away. A technician took a ride with me...heard the noise, and was like, "Oh no worries...that's because the part we put in is "better" than what you had before. It's more heavy duty". Yeah right... I knew this wasn't true. but I had my warranty. I played the gullible customer. Not long after that, I'm broken down on the freeway. Won't get out of first gear.
  
  I take the car back, they apparently fix it. Nope. About a months 2 two after, the car is back as it was on day one. Having a hard time shifting out of first gear, and shifting hard. It's been less than 6 months since my first visit here. I feel robbed. Taking the car back for a final warranty "repair" if it's not fixed this round, I'm demanding a refund.
  
  **heads up, I wasn't offered a ride home from the shop. Not sure if you can ask for one, I didn't try. But all these times, I've been walking to and from the shop when I drop my car off. So plan ahead.
