    I went with my sister & nephews to take their kitten for a follow up. I was surprised that this new place existed since we have always been to the one on Main St.(great staff). So was just surprised. We walked in nice, neat place but as soon as my sister was trying to sign in receptionist comes from the back yelling at How can we help you? My sister continues to sign in & states we have an appointment. Receptionist says, HOW can we help You! Don't sign in. My sister says oh. Very rude staff member. No one was in the waiting area, so it was not busy. So I do not understand her frustration.We sit for a bit. Visit was fast, fur baby received a shot. Vet was nice. My sis comes out. My sis tries to get info from receptionist she is short with her & just gives her paperwork. If she don't like questions or dealing with people, then do not work here. Just a very rude lady. I will continue to visit the other site. This receptionist does not make you feel welcomed at all. Just to bad because it looks like a nice place.
