  Definitely a great place for recovery.. I do a lot of training and recovery is important but has always been a problem for me. So when I tried Visalia Cryo all my inflammation, aches, pain in any of my joints and muscles were gone and I was ready to go for my next training session. I also noticed it improved my sleep at night tremendously. Staff is amazing they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I’m definitely a regular! Thank you Visalia Cryo !

  I love visalia Cryo! I started going because I had swelling in my hips and knees and constant lower back pain... after the first session- the next day I felt fantastic.. I have been going 3 times a week ever since! Truly works. Lowered my inflammation, helped my mood... oh and for people who want to burn calories— Cryo burns up to 800 in 24 hours! Anyways, Cryo is amazing, professional setting and worth every penny!!
